Other Settings

This section provides guidance on managing your Clinician Portal using the available configuration settings.

General

The General settings control the visibility of your Clinician Portal in the PACS Directory.

  • When Unlisted is enabled, your Clinician Portal is hidden from the PACS Directory. Clinician Portal users cannot discover your organization or submit access requests.
  • When Unlisted is disabled, your Clinician Portal is visible in the PACS Directory, allowing users to find your organization and request access.

After making changes, click Save to apply the configuration.

Security

The Security settings allow you to enable or disable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for the Clinician Portal.

When MFA is enabled:

  • Existing users with access and new users requesting access are required to set up MFA.
  • Users are redirected to the MFA setup flow during login before they can access the portal.

Access Disclaimer

The Access Disclaimer setting allows you to configure a disclaimer message that is displayed when a user submits an access request to your Clinician Portal.

info
  • If disclaimer content is provided, the system treats the disclaimer as enabled and displays it whenever a user sends an access request.
  • If the disclaimer content is left blank, the disclaimer is considered disabled and no message is shown during the access request process.

Changes to the disclaimer take effect after saving the settings.

Filter Series

The Filter Series setting allows you to define rules that control which DICOM series are hidden from view in the Clinician Portal. Series that match the configured rules will not be displayed to Clinician Portal users.
