Report Templates

The Report Templates module in AdvaPACS allows users to create and manage predefined report structures. This feature helps streamline report generation, ensuring consistency and efficiency in radiology workflows.

Accessing Report Templates​

To access this module, go to Admin → Report Templates.

Creating a New Report Template​

To create a new report template:

  1. Click the Add icon.

    Add Report Template

  2. Enter Title of the Template and select a Language. You can enter Description for a brief summary of the template’s purpose.

    You can also add filter for the template by selecting following fields:

    • Min Age – The minimum patient age this template applies to.
    • Max Age – The maximum patient age this template applies to.
    • Modalities – Choose applicable imaging modalities.
    • Sexes – Filter by the patient gender(s) the template applies to.
    • Radiologist – Filter users who will use this template.

Managing Report Templates​

Once created, report templates appear in the Report Templates Listing screen. From here, you can:

✅ Edit existing templates.
✅ Delete Delete template as needed.

Using Report Templates, radiologists can generate structured, standardized reports quickly, improving efficiency and reducing variability in reporting.
