Incomplete Management
The Incomplete Management module in AdvaPACS Worklist helps healthcare providers handle cases that are insufficient for diagnosis and require further actions. This ensures that incomplete cases are properly tracked, addressed, and resolved.
To access this module, go to Admin → Incomplete Management.

You need the "Manage Incomplete Configuration" permission to access this feature.
Key Components
The module consists of two main sections:
- Reasons – Define the reasons why a case is considered incomplete.
- Resolutions – Define actions to be taken to resolve incomplete cases.
1. Reasons
Reasons help identify why a case is incomplete, ensuring that the issue is properly documented and addressed.
Creating a New Reason

Click the Add icon.

In the Create Reason window, enter:
- Name – Provide a clear and descriptive reason (e.g., "Missing Contrast Scan").

Click Save. The Reason is now available in the list.
Managing Reasons
Users can add, edit, and delete Reasons from the listing screen.
2. Resolutions
Resolutions define the corrective actions needed to address incomplete cases, ensuring that necessary steps are taken for diagnosis.
Creating a New Resolution

Click the Add icon.

In the Create Resolution window, enter:
- Name – Describe the resolution (e.g., "Schedule Follow-up Scan").

Click Save. The Resolution is now available in the list.
Managing Resolutions
Users can add, edit, and delete Resolutions from the listing screen.
