Incompletes
During the diagnostic review of a worklist order, a radiologist may determine that the available images are insufficient for an accurate diagnosis. In such cases, the order should be marked as Incomplete, indicating that further action is needed before proceeding.
The button is visible only when the configuration for Incomplete is completed
How to Mark a Case as Incomplete
- Click the Incomplete button on the right side of the screen.
- Select one or more reasons for marking the case as incomplete.
- Assign the case to a specific user if needed.
- Add any relevant comments to provide context.

Once saved, the order will be moved to the Incompletes board, it is no longer available for reporting until the issue is addressed.
Managing Incomplete Cases
Users responsible for reviewing incomplete cases can navigate to the Incompletes module from the right menu.

Reviewing an Incomplete Case
When opening an incomplete case, users will see key details such as:

The assigned user responsible for resolution.

The reason(s) for incompleteness.

Comments added by the original reviewer.

List of other comments.

Relevant orders, documents and prior reports.
Assigning Cases
- The case can be reassigned to another user if necessary.
- If the reviewing user decides to take ownership, they can click Assign to Me.
- Additional comments can be added for documentation and tracking.
Resolving an Incomplete Case
Once the necessary information (e.g., additional imaging or clarification) has been obtained, the case can be resolved:
- Click the Resolve button.
- Select an appropriate resolution from the predefined list. Learn more about defining Incomplete Resolutions.
- (Optional) Add a comment detailing any updates or actions taken.

Once resolved, the case will be removed from the Incompletes board and reinstated in the Worklist board for reporting and further diagnosis.
Tracking Case History
If a case has been marked as Incomplete multiple times, users can review its history by clicking View Incomplete History in the case details. This ensures that all previous actions and comments are accessible for reference.
